The SFG-1000 Series, an economic function generator with high accuracy and high stability output, are designed based on the DDS (Direct Digital Synthesized) technology embedded in a large scale FPGA.

The 3MHz frequency range and the output waveform selection of Sine, Square, Triangle and TTL available in the SFG-1000 Series adequately provide the fundamental functions to ensure high confidence in test results. The DDS technology at an affordable price gives a high value solution to the users who need a signal source for accurate but simple measurement applications.

Tender Specifications

1. The device must have DDS technology.
2. The output frequency range of the device should be at least 0.1Hz ~ 3MHz for square and sine waveforms, and at least 0.1Hz ~ 1MHz for triangular waveform.
3. The device should be able to produce at least sine, triangle and square wave forms.
4. Frequency accuracy of the device should be maximum ± 20ppm.
5. Frequency stability of the device should be maximum ± 20ppm.
6. The maximum frequency resolution of the device should be 100mHz.
7. The amplitude range of the device should be at least (at 50Ω load) 2 mV - 10Vpp.
8. The input impedance of the device should be 50Ω.
9. The DC offset range of the device (at 50Ω load) should be <-5V ~> 5V.
10. Rise / fall time for the device's square waveform should be maximum 25ns.
11. The device must have TTL output feature.
12. The device should have amplitude modulation and frequency modulation capability.
13. The device should have a digital display where frequency values ​​can be observed.
14. User manual, power cable and test probe should be provided with the device.
