The testers of the WK 260 family are designed to meet the needs for testing automotive harnesses or functional elements. Most efficient test algorithms offer versatile programming and testing methods and result in highest test speed. New hardware solutions protect the testers against external voltages and allow at the same time to switch voltages up to 50 V for functional test applications.
The WK 260 MU Test Device is ideal for the test of cables, harnesses and electric components for Automobiles, computer and electronic devices. It can be operated completely without a computer and thus seamlessly integrated into the production process.
With its Autoprog function, the tester learns “Golden Samples” to define test programs. During operation, the cursor keys and the integrated display allow simple and intuitive workflows. Optionally, test programs can be developed with the IVISion Studio Software and managed centralized at a PC.
The WK 260 PC Tester is the optimal tester for automotive harnesses and electronic components. The operation through a Computer enables a clear programming of complex test scripts with the IVISion Studio Software and an intuitive operation during the test run.
Faults can be displayed graphically and therefore localized very quickly in the unit under test (UUT). During the AutoStart/CommandBlock modus, identified faults are tested continuously in the background and kept displayed until they have been solved. A broad range of peripheral devices can be connected to the tester through the running PC.
