Klein Tools 501-915 Cable Length Meter is a professional TDR cable testing device developed for measuring cable length and locating fault distance on electrical, data, coaxial, two-wire, and multi-conductor cable types. Using Time Domain Reflectometry technology, it helps determine the distance to open or short circuit faults in a cable run and can measure cable lengths up to 3000 ft / 914 m. With programmed VoP values for coaxial, data, Romex®, and other multi-wire cable types, it provides accurate measurements, while user-defined VoP values can be saved for custom cable types to improve efficiency during repeated testing. The large backlit color LCD screen makes results easy to read in the field, and selectable meter or feet display options provide flexibility for different applications.
