Modular Installation Training Set is designed as 2 pcs double-sided bench with the independent power suplies for each panel, concerning the heavy current and weak current installations. These 2 pcs bench can be used alone or combined.. The teacher can control the energy with remote control. 

1. Heavy Current Bench (Y-0034-A01 + Y-0034-A02)

2. Weak Current Bench (Y-0034-A03 + Y-0034-A04)

Benchs can be designed for the end-user according to selected panels for each side of the benchs. 

2 panels of them are designed for heavy current, lightening and the other 2 panels are designed for weak current and 
telephone installation applications. Also there is a lock of system on the miniature door on the telephone & weak current panel. 

The installation elements (case, juntion box, pipe, lamp block, fuse box etc.) on the panel are in Flush Mounted installation structure. Different types installation applications are designed on the panels and suitable cabling can be applied to connect the installation elements.

Different specifications of electrical installation with safety precautions protection can be examined with different applications in the set. Different faults can be generated via the set and fault analyzing and trouble shooting can be teach to the student with the Set.

Tender Specifications

BENCH TYPE INSTALLATION TRAINING SET
Installation Training Set shall be designed in a modular structure and with independent power supplies for each panel, concerning the heavy current,  weak current and illumination installations. The set shall consist of 4 panels, each panel supply shall be independent and the Teacher shall control the energy with remote control from the control cabin. 4 students shall be able to work on the panel at the same time.
All equipment  modules on fixed panel are movable.
Each energy unit for panels shall be independently and shall be controlled from Teacher via control unit.
Different faults shall be generated via the set and the fault analyzing and trouble shooting shall be teach to the student with the Set.
Energy Unit
•Shall be located on both sides Independent power supply for each panels on both sides.
•Shall be Leakage current relay
•Shall be Automatic fuse protected and emergency stop button.
•Shall be Start-Stop buttons with LED indicator for each panel
•AC Voltage output            :220V AC (for each panel) minimum 3 pcs protected grounded plug shall be given
•AC Voltage output    :12V AC (for each panel) minimum 3 pcs protected grounded plug shall be given
•Each energy unit for panels shall be independently and shall be controlled from Teacher via control unit.
Application Table
•Dimensions shall be minimum 100cmx150cm
•Shall be Angle adjustment mechanism for assembly of panels
•Shall be Locable cupboards for installation equipment  on two surfaces
•Shall be 4 locable drawer
•Two-sided and railed panel shall enclosure cupboard
Installatıon Panel

•Grate Panel - 1 Pcs: Grate structure,  shall be suitable for applications with installation equipments and transmission line. Installatıon equipments on grate panel shall be in mountable structure and suitable for multi use. Panel made by PVC materials in 80x70cm dimensions.

•Surface Mounted Panel - 2 Pcs: This panel shall be suitable for surface mounted applications. Panel made by wooden materials in 80x70cm dimensions.

•Wall Type Panel - 1 Pcs: This panel shall be suitable for heavy curent and weak current applications and also have junctions for aplication materials and transmission lines.Panel made by MDF materials in 80x70cm dimensions.
Control Panel
•Each panel of the Training set shall be controlled
•Each panel shall be controlled with ON / OFF switch
•Each ON / OFF switch shall be with signal lamp
•Each ON / OFF switch shall be defined with the panel name
•Shall be Control panel fuse protected, with yale key controlled and Emergency stop button
Installation Training Set Applications
Regarding the following installation topics, over  40 applications shall be done.
1.    Heavy Current, Lightening Experiments
•    Lightening installation with one or more lamp with mono pole (ordinary) switch and socket installation circuit,
•    Lightening installation with commutator switch,
•    Lightening installation with vavien switch,
•    Lightening - plug installation,
•    Ladder automatic installation,
2.    Weak Current Experiments
•    Bell operation with one button,
•    Two bells operation with one button (parallel connection),
•    One belt operation with two buttons,
•    Mutual calling installation,
•    Thumbwheel switch installation,
•    Door automatic installation with 3 subscribers,
•    Apartment bell calling from below all weak current applications,
3.    Moist Place (ANTIGRON) Experiments
•    Lightening installation with  switch,
•    Lightening - plug installation,
4.    Flourescent Lamp Experiments
•    2x20W or 1x20W fluorescent lamp installation,
•    1x40W - 2x20W fluorescent lamp installation, lightening installation with pulse switch,
•    2x20 W fluorescent lamp installation with 2 separately 20W ballast,
An Experiment Book shall be given with the Installation Training Set.

1 pcs door lock, 1 pcs numerator, 2 pcs door bell, 2 pcs electronic circuited bell, 3 pcs bell button, 1 pcs Monophase digital energy meter, 6 pcs E-27 socket, 1 pcs ladder relay, 3 pcs telephone plug, 10 pcs 3 kind of switch, 3 pcs TV plug, 1 pcs splitter, 2 pcs starter, 1 pcs fluorescent lamp, 2 pcs mechanic ballast, 2 pcs electronic ballast, 6 pcs fuse, 100m bell cable, 1,5 NYA cable (black-blue), 200m 2,5 NYA cable (red-blue), 100m 1,5 NYA cable (yellow-green) shall be given.
