Panel Erector Training Set is designed to do applications of electric- electronic fields like building interior - exterior 

electrical installation of buildings, weak current, heavy current, lightening etc. panel design, placement of materials, busbar and cable processing, testing and panel mounting to facility.

The Set has a modular panel structure using in today's technology to make different applications. 

Panel Erector Training Set consists of 5 panel set:

  • Y-0056-001 Internal Glass Covered Panel Set
  • Y-0056-002 Internal Panel Set
  • Y-0056-003 Control Panel Set
  • Y-0056-004 Internal Type Interior Installation Panel Set
  • Y-0056-005 External Panel Set

Composing Panel Cabins

Profiles and assembly elements are creating the basic structure of the panels. Panels are in prefabricated modular  tructure and can be mounted easily with few screws. Different designs and different sized material mounting can done with available large range accessories and alternatives. Different size mounting plate, breast covers, horizontal - vertical  profiles and lifting parts etc accessories are available. IP55 protecting standard for indoor and IP66 for outdoor is provided in Panel cabins. Meantime outside are made from 2mm DKP plate and covered with powder color. Inside are made from galvanized plate and is protected with cathodic protection against to scratch and shock.

PANEL MOUNTING TRAINING SET

Set shall be minimum 80cmx40cmx180cm sized and prefabricated modular structure panel, different sized mounting plates, breast covers, horizontal and vertical mounting profiles shall be used for different purposes designing in at least two versions.
Low voltage distribution, compensation, measurement and control panel applications shall be done with Internal Glass Covered Panel Set. Experiment leaflet shall given with the set to make the above mentioned applications.

Below mentioned accessories and mounting materials shall be given with Internal Glass Covered Panel Set.

3.   Y-0056-003 Control Panel Set

Set shall be minimum 100cmx40cmx60cm sized, shall consist of top with 100˚opening cover for using mounting purpose of control and monitoring devices, 130˚ opening front cover and fixed body. It shall be an industrial modular control panel which provides usage in different designs within the body with mounting profile and plates
Control panel set top cover has places for mounting signal lamp, button, circuit breaker etc and control and check applications suitable to this construction shall be done.

Experiment leaflet shall given with the set to make the above mentioned applications.

Below mentioned accessories and mounting materials shall be given with Control Panel Set.

4.    Y-0056-004 Internal Type Interior Installation Panel Set

Set shall be minimum 60cmx58cmx22cm sized and internal parts made by galvanizes panel and corrosion-resistand structure. Rail type electrical materials shall be used on panels together with mounting plates for different purposes. The carrying parts shall made by 2mm galvanized plates and shall electrostatic painted. It shall be in transparent cover and IP 30 protection class different designs suitable for Distribution and Control purposes usage for Internal spaces in buildings like Shopping  Centers, hotels, schools, hospitals etc. Electrical Distribution and Control panel applications shall be done with Internal type Interior Installation Panel Set.

Experiment leaflet shall given with the set to make the above mentioned applications.

Below mentioned accessories and mounting materials shall be given with Internal Type Interior Installation Panel Set.

5.    Y-0056-005 External Panel Set

Set shall be minimum 70cm x 50cm x 20cm sized prefabricated modular type and don’t have welded part. Is suitable for different designs. All carrying parts of the panel shall made by 2mm galvanized panel and epoxy polyester and electrostatic
painted. Panel inside materials shall suitable to standards and shall made from galvanized plate. Panel shall be with mounting plate and rail type elements shall be used. External panel set shall in IP 66 protection class.External distribution and  construciton area energy measurement panel applications shall be done with External Panel Set.
