Coil Winding Training set is designed to study the trouble shooting of machines and devices using electric motors and electrical coils, the winding process of new coils, circuit elements defining and applications. 

Armature and inductor winding fault detection of each type direct current machines, terminal connections, one and three phase rotor and stator wind repair - maintenance and renew of alternative current motors,reconnecting of motors to the circuit and make functional and each type of transformer winding can be done with the training set. 

Coil Winding Set consists of three main unit and accessories.

  • Coil Winding Machine
  • Stator and Transformer Test Unit
  • Armature Test Unit

COIL WINDING TRAINING SET

Armature and inductor winding fault detection of each type direct current machines, terminal connections, one and three phase rotor and stator wind repair - maintenance and renew of alternative current motors, reconnecting of motors to
the circuit and make functional and each type of transformer winding shall be done with the Training Set.

Coil Winding Set shall consist of three main Unit and accessories.

 
1.   Coil Winding Machine
• 1 Phase, 220V AC 50Hz supplied speed control device and 3 phase asynchronous motor excitation
• Motor revolution minimum 1500rpm
• Coil winding rotor speed minimum 300rpm
• Coil wire diameter : 0.10mm - 3mmø
• Coil winding pulley and motor speed control shall be with pot and foot pedal
• Winding number shall be with digital indicator
• Automatic stop when reach to adjusted winding number
• Wire tension and adjustment machinery shall be  with bearing pulley
• Mould and holder shall be mountable on Coil winding machine for stator winding
• Transformer coil frame shall be mountable on Coil winding machine
• Shall be Adjustable mechanism
• Shall be Start - Stop - Emergency Stop buttons
• Shall be minimum 5kVA transformer coil winding capacity

2.   Stator and Transformer Test Unit
• Shall be Start - Stop - Emergency Stop buttons
• Shall be Leakage current and fuse protected
• Shall be 3 Phase 3 x (36V - 55V - 110V - 190V - 220V) transformer output and 5 stepped circuit breaker
• Shall be Each phase with digital Ammeter and Voltmeter indicator
• Shall be Short circuit protection, with lamp and buzzer
•Shall be Fixed rotor mechanism on Test table

3.   Armature Test Unit
• Shall be 1 Phase, 220V AC 50Hz supply
• Growler device shall be suitable for armature placement
• Growler device power shall be minimum 300VA
• Shall be ON - OFF light power switch and fuse protected
• Suitable for table top using with case

 4.   Coil Winding Set Accessories
• Shall be 3 pcs Stator coil winding mould
• Shall be 2 pcs 36 grooved, 1.1kW Stator
• Shall be 3 pcs 12 grooved and 24 collectors Armature
• Shall be 10 pcs Transformer core and kit
• Coil Winding Training Set Experiment Book shall be given
