Refrigerator Training Set has been designed to operate and observe the refrigerator system structure as well as to determine the current failures and to know about circuit elements and to serve for applied training. 

All elements that have been used in the training set are in the same structure as a industrial life. For this reason, the training set could be used both in vocational education institutions and in industrial sector accordingly. 

Along with the training set, the theoretical information regarding the refrigerator systems, their application area, information about the elements as well as detailed figures regarding the application have been submitted in the training book.

REFRIGERATOR TRAINING SET

Refrigerator Training Set should have been designed to operate and observe the refrigerator system structure as well as to determine the current failures and to know about circuit elements and to serve for applied training.

Along with the training set, the theoretical information regarding the refrigerator systems, their application area, information about the elements as well as detailed figures regarding the application should have been submitted in the training book.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
•    Supply Voltage    : 220V - 240V AC, 50/60Hz
•    The structure shall show the refrigerator system
•    With the transparent Plexiglass structure shall exam and observe the mechanical parts
•    8 pcs simulation failure buttons that should be occured in the refrigerator systems
 (Thermostat, Mechanic, Engine failure simulations)
•    The doubled colored LED system that shall show the ordinary run or failure status of the set
•    The LED system shall show which products are detected on the set
•    Start - Stop - Emergency stop buttons
•    Leakage current and fuse protection
•    Block scheme of operation of the system
•    Locked and wheeled system to move it easily
•    The following items should be available on the set; Hermetic compressor, thermostat, ecovat, capacitor
•    The min. dimension of the training set 135cm x 48cm x 53cm

•    Examination of thermostat failure  
•    Examination of ecovat failure
•    Examination of lighting - door - switch failure
•    Examination of capacitor failure
