Yıldırım Elektronik established its R&D department in 2000, in order to make further developments its own products by benefiting from the knowledge it has accumulated for many years. The other target of establishment is to increase the added value it has brought to the national economy. Since its foundation Yıldırım Elektronik has been awarded by multiplying its value by taking part in various areas and projects.

As of 2004, conducting its R&D activities in its R&D Office at METU Technopolis Silicon Block, Ankara.

• RF / Microwave Product Designs,
• Embedded Software Development (Microprocessor / Microcontrollers, FPGA based),
