Grounding Training Set

• Grounding Training Set; It should consist of Energy Unit, Experiment Set Panel, Experiment Set Table.
• At least in the experiment set; Insulation measurement, leakage current measurement, ground resistance measurement, electrical safety, TN, IT, TT, TN-C, TN-S, TN-CS network and power systems can be made in IT network.
• It should be possible to determine the appropriate current values ​​of the fuse and residual current protection relay.
• Failure situations that may occur should be in a structure that can be created experimentally on the set.

Energy Unit

• Protection should be done with at least 1 emergency stop button, start / stop button, 3 phase 4x25A 30 mA leakage current relay, three phase 3x25A fuse protection. When energized, there should be a signal lamp for each phase.
• The training set energy must be provided via a key lock system placed on the energy unit and the start / stop button via the contactor.
• It should have at least 4 pcs 220V alternating current 4mm banana socket outputs and at least 1 pcs 3 phase 4mm banana socket output.
• At least one digital ammeter tips should be 4mm banana socket.

Test Set Panel

• Test set front panel should be made of at least 4mm compact laminate material.
• Experiments made by drawing a human model on the set should be done on this model. 2,2, 5, 10, 30, 100, 2K, 1K 3, 3.3km, fixed resistors 20K and 15K variable resistor 1 5K- ends should be 4mm banana plug.
• At least 30 pcs (10 100cm, 10 50cm, 10 40cm) double insulated 4mm banana jack connection cables must be delivered. Cable colors should be half and half different colors in red and black for each group.
• The test set must have phase earth and phase neutral, isolation and grounding protection.

Experiment Resistors

• The set content must have at least 2.2R, 5R, 10R, 30R, 100R, 3 pieces 1K, 2K, 3.3K, 20K, 5K- 15K adjustable resistors. Resistor tips must be removed on the panel.
