Step motor training set exams driving and control the step motor. On the set, magnetic dust brake engine has been used that has been coupled to the step motor by timing belt. Thus, the positioning and speed characteristics of the step motor under the load have been reviewed.

The standard step angle of a step motor (for example 1,8° centigrade 200 pls/rev) could be divided into 25600 pls/rev by means of driver. The bipolar micro step driver that has been used in the set has the required specifications to allow this process.

The step motor training set was formed by anodized sigma aluminum profile and assembled on the channeled table. In this way, add/drop and replacing process on the system could be carried out easily. The table legs have wheels which could be locked.

STEP MOTOR TRAINING SET

Step motor training set should exam driving and control the step motor. On the set, magnetic dust brake engine should have been used that has been coupled to the step motor by timing belt.
